Construction Update Anticipated for the Week of Sept. 12: Next week Goran anticipates completing the storm drain system on Brewery Hill and beginning to haul off excess dirt. Once the excess dirt is hauled off, Goran will begin building the roadway and preparing for curb and gutter installation.

Carbon County earned over $73.2 million in tourist money last year according to statistics from Mike Garcia, Director of Voices of Montana Tourism. He was speaking at the public meeting at the Elk’s Lodge, Red Lodge, last week. Carbon County was one of 20 counties in Montana to get over $20
