The Carbon County Historic Preservation Commission will have its quarterly meeting at the Carbon County Historical Society & Museum, on Thursday. Goran began paving Aug. 5, but was shut down due to rain. Goran resumed paving Wednesday. Once the paving is complete, Goran will complete the remaining concrete work and place temporary striping on the roadway. Goran has begun pulverizing Brewery Hill. The pulverizing is expected to be complete by
