The Boys & Girls Club is holding its Fifteenth Annual Celebration of Our Youth (COY) at the Clubhouse in Red Lodge on Thursday evening, March 19, from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. All Carbon County youth can enter and include Grades K-12. Nominations for the various awards are due by Wednesday, March 11.

Lady Scouts defeated Reed Point Rapelje 59-43 at the 6C Districts in Red Lodge. They will face the winner of the Park City Plenty Coup game at 2:30 p.m., Feb. 20.

On Friday, Feb. 13, seven landowners from the proposed Silvertip Zone District (Silvertip) near Belfry, filed an appeal in Carbon County District Court challenging the ruling of the Carbon County Commissioners that rescinded an earlier decision to create Silvertip and decided not to go forward with
