Comeback for the Ages

By Matt Gunn Sports Reporter

On Saturday night, the Bridger Lady Scouts hosted the Absarokee Lady Huskies for “Pack the House in Pink”. The Huskies beat the Scouts in their last game in Absarokee, but on this night, the Scouts would get their revenge. Things didn’t start out as promising as coach Moorman may have liked, losing the first two sets by the scores of 17-25 and 24-26. However, the Scouts turned it around and came roaring back, winning the final three sets 25-17, 25-8, and 15-8. Kelsey Schober and Emily Tucker led the team in kills with 20 and 13 apiece; Schober also adding 3 blocks in the game. Meanwhile, Bailey Kilfoy had an outstanding 36 assists on the night, to go along with 3 aces.
