Forum for Provocative Issues
Tuesday, March 11, 2014 - 5:30pm
Local author, John Clayton, has chosen three issues inspired by his, “Stories from Montana’s Enduring Frontier,” a collection of essays about oft-overlooked parts of Montana history. First, Authenticity: The collision between fact and myth seems stronger in the history of the West than of other regions. Second, Government: How does Montana’s history shape the way residents think about their relationship to government? Third, Class: Have Montanans been seeking to build a classless society? Dinner will start at 5:30 p.m. March 11 and the program after 6. Expect a full house for dinner at Café Regis (16th Street and Word Ave in Red Lodge) please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any dinner reservation request (Menu known by March 2).
