Huge Thanks

To the Editor:
Somehow “thank you” seems such an inadequate phrase to express the magnitude of appreciation we
have for all those who came together to make the Annual Carbon County Habitat For Humanity Rummage Sale a huge success. There were many who generously donated items for the sale. There was the great crew who organized and set-up the sale and then the many helpers who worked the three days of the sale.
Of course, there was the huge crowd of people who came to the sale, made their purchases and contributed to the record setting sales total. Your generous buying power reflects well on the caring folk in our
area. We also want to acknowledge three large contributors to the event: The Red Lodge Community Church
for graciously allowing us to once again hold our sale in their facility;Burt Douthit for storage and warehousing of merchandise for the sale over the last year; and Thrivent Financial Services for giving matching funds and providing helpers for the sale. To all of you who were part of this year’s sale and to those who have helped us out through years past, we give one big, super-sized thank you.
