Lincoln Reagan Dinner to feature Carl Graham


Carl Graham, President of the Montana Policy Institute, will be the Keynote Speaker at the Annual Carbon County Lincoln Reagan Dinner on March 2.
His Speech will focus on “Returning a Legacy of Opportunity for Montana”.
“We are delighted to have obtained such an outstanding Keynote Speaker,” said Scott Boggio, Chairman of the GOP Central Committee and a former State Legislator. “The Montana Policy Institute is doing outstanding work on issues crucial to our state’s future, and no one is better equipped than Carl to energize our community. Montana is rich in its natural resources andeven richer in the energy and work ethic of its people. We can return to prosperity, and Carl is one of the leaders who can help us find the way.”
The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a no-host cocktail reception. The dinner will begin at 7 p.m. The event will be held at the Rock Creek Resort.  Individual tickets are $50 and tables of 10 are $1,000. For ticket information please contact Scott Boggio.

Carl Graham was born in Glasgow, MT, graduated from Montana State University, and is a twenty year Navy veteran, where he amassed nearly 500 carrier landings and over 2000 hours in the A-6 Intruder and F-14 Tomcat while serving as a Naval Flight Officer. Also during his Naval career, Carl earned a Master’s Degree in National Security Affairs and served as special assistant and congressional liaison officer for the Commander of U.S. Strategic Command in Omaha, NE. Carl retired from Naval service in July of 2004. Since then he has resided near Bozeman, where he has been an adjunct professor of aviation science, a flight instructor, and current CEO of the Montana Policy Institute. He was also recently appointed to the Montana State Advisory Committee for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
