More speed signs

I'd like to know why we still have a passing zone coming out of Red Lodge? There is a 45 mph sign but only the one and if you blink you might miss it, so people see the passing lines and pass needless to say and there is a hospital there. I would like to see it changed to a solid line or put another 45 mph closer to the hospital. It's a long way before the 70 mph and most of the people that pass I'm sure know better. I'm annoyed. I got a double line through Roberts when I moved here and cross walks and lights for the kids.
