Music Festival to be honored

Founder’s Day is honoring the Red Lodge Music Festival’s 50th Year Anniversary June 8 with historical tours and special music presentations beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Carbon County Historical Society and Museum.
Fee free on Friday, June 7 as well as Saturday, June 8. A one hour historical walking tour of downtown Red Lodge will begin at 10:30 a.m.; music will be enjoyed in the Museum by Music Festival faculty from 1p.m. -1:30 p.m. A roundtable discussion will be held featuring Bob Moran, local music festival historian on the history of the Red Lodge Music Festival at 1:45 p.m. Buses of Yellowstone Preservation Trust will offer a historic driving tour in an original Yellowstone Bus, for a minimal fee, of the Hi-Bug District and other historical locations with
