Noise complaint ends in shooting

Police in Joliet say an altercation between two neighbors over a noise complaint ended with one man being shot in the arm and the other arrested, Dec. 1. Joliet Police Capt. Kyle Croft said the victim was taken to a Billings hospital with a .45-caliber gunshot wound to the arm. He was treated and released. The suspected shooter, Joshua Bryan Dunlap, 34, of Joliet, was taken into custody and appeared before Justice of the Peace Kevin Nichols, said Alex Nixon, Carbon County attorney, Dec. 2. Bond was set at $150,000 and Dunlap will be arraigned Dec. 18 in Red Lodge District Court.
