Northcutt pleads guilty to negligent endangerment

Peter Northcutt, Joliet, plead guilty in Justice Court, Jan. 13, to negligent endangerment for not disclosing to a sexual partner that he was HIV positive and had been diagnosed with AIDS. In court documents, the partner, T.V., said in an interview, Feb. 18, 2012, with Sergeant Jeff Schmalz, Carbon County Sheriff ’s Office, that the relationship began in 2006 and ended late 2010.
