Not deserving

To the Editor,

As an "outsider", I read with disgust, the story regarding Jason Priest. I pity his children that were witness to his behavior. I am only glad that his young child was not hurt by his attack. At least not physically. I am sure that the emotional damage will surface later. I am disgusted that a man elected to represent the citizens of Montana, has no more self control. I can only hope that he will be prosecuted like any other citizen in the same circumstances, and not treated with a leniency that often is granted to legislators. You Mr. Priest are not deserving of the people, or the state that you were elected to serve.
