Summer Safety Days- A Big Success

To the Editor,On Friday, April 19 we were blessed with good weather and amazing community volunteers to make the Summer Safety Days event a big success.  The Mountain View Elementary students rotated through several stations including:  a bicycle street safety ride, bike maintenance, bicycle skills and drills, EMS, fire safety, Search and Rescue, and local law enforcement.  Thank you to all the volunteers representing these organizations.  Also, a special thanks goes out to the following individual and groups:  Cobey Theade, Paul Otsu, Travis Burdock, Mountain View PTO, and The RLHS Key Club.  There were also 36 raffle prizes generously donated/discounted from a Billings shop.  We look forward to making the Summer Safety Days and annual event.Linda Daily and Renee GildehausEvent OrganizersRed Lodge
