The Carbon County Historical Society & Museum’s Bootleggers Ball, held last weekend at the Rock Creek Resort, brought many people out and into the stylish cuts of the Prohibition era with Art Deco Flapper dresses, sparkling spats, cloche hats, beads galore and even a violin case. The event was commemorating 100 years since Montana’s early adoption of Prohibition. Bozeman gypsy jazz and swing band, Montana Manouche, provided the musical mood for the evening. A Speakeasy event followed, still undisclosed. For more photos please go to www.carboncountynews.com
