November in Red Lodge was a study in contrasts. The first eleven days saw a total of 24 inches of snowfall and a low temperature of two on Nov. 7. The remainder of the month had only 3 1/2 inches of snow and a high temperature of 67 on Nov. 26. The overall mean temperature balanced out at 33.1 that was pretty close to the 31.5 average. Melted precipitation was 1.98 inches compared to the 1.16 inch average. 
Snow depth here in town was highest at 13 inches on Nov. 4, but was all gone by Nov. 24 except for a few patches in shady areas.
