Dana Castellani
Chief Professional Officer Boys & Girls Club of Carbon County

The Club’s mission is a simple one - serve the kids, especially those who need us most. Because of this, we spend a fair amount of time recognizing the kids and their successes. This week, however, I want to take a moment to focus on our Board of Directors – the people who volunteer their time and energy behind-the-scenes to make sure this mission is realized every day. Just as our Club kids grow and change, so does an effective Board in order to meet the needs of the Club.
In the last five months, the Board has welcomed two new members: Deirdre McNamer, a physician with St. Vincent’s Mountain View Clinic and Ryan Brajcich, a commercial loan officer with the Bank of Red Lodge. Deirdre and Ryan bring unique talents and perspectives that complement those of current Board members: Dick Fellows, Steve Thuesen, Josh McQuillan, and Anne-Marie Foisy-Grusonik.
You can read more about this dedicated group on our website www.bgcofcarboncounty.org, and yes, we continue to look for fantastic, energetic, and busy people who may be a future Board member.
