Fellow junior teammates Elijah Quick (4th overall) and Tyler Schrowe (10th overall) were close behind to lead the Rams to a 2nd place team finish with 41 team points falling just behind Huntley Project (31 points) and ahead of third place Shepherd (51 points).
The Lady Rams followed-up with another strong performance to achieve their second consecutive meet victory. Red Lodge finished with a team score of 26 points, followed by Huntley Project (56), Shepherd (69) and Sweet Grass County (72). All five Lady Rams finished in the top-10 overall. Sophomore Brayli Reimer finished 2nd overall with a time of 21:54, juniors Bailey Binando (5th overall), Margot Kuntz (7th overall), Brooke Binando (8th overall) and sophomore Aya Moore (10th overall).
Running Rams head coach Matt Schrowe was pleased with the overall performances by both teams. It was a quick turnaround from the previous meet and the teams responded well with improving on their overall times. The team worked hard through the summer and you can see the benefit with these improving benchmarks.
