The Lady Rams cruised to another 1st place team victory at the Red Lodge Invitational held on September 12, 2020. Red Lodge finished with a team score of 21 points, followed by Huntley Project (38), and Shepherd (62). Lady Rams had three teammates finish in the top-10 overall led by Brayli Reimer finishing 3rd overall with a time of 21:44, Bailey Binando (4th overall), and Brooke Binando (8th overall).
Elijah Quick and Brandon Emineth pushed to an impressive 2nd and 3rd place overall with times of 18:37 and 18:52 respectively. The junior tandem led the team to 2nd place, tied with Shepherd with 44 team points and just falling short of Huntley Project (38 points).
Assistant coaches Cortney Lynde and Tootsie Schrowe put on the miles as well to provide input and support to the team throughout the races. This was only the third meet for the young Rams team as they continued to improve the combined overall teams time through each team members’ development and progress on slashing individual times. A few highlights of this with the girls is Lexi Williams and Allie Kuntz cutting nearly 2 – 3 ½ minutes and for the boys Everest Carmain and Ruff Elton who have improved their times by over five minutes individually.
