Deveraux found guilty on all 6 counts

Gene Deveraux is led away from District Court by Carbon County Undersheriff Jeff Schmalz after being found guilty on 6 counts, including incest, sexual assault and sexual intercourse without consent.

Gene Deveraux, Bridger,  has been found guilty at Carbon County District Court, Red Lodge, June 28. Deveraux was found guilty of two counts of incest, one count of sexual assault and three counts of sexual intercourse without consent. 

The jury took just over 90 minutes to come to their verdict. 

Deveraux is being remanded at the present time at the Carbon County Sheriff's Office. 

Tears of joy could be heard from one side of the courtroom and tears of sorrow from the other side as the verdict was read out. Sentencing will take place at a later date.
