Emergency Animal Rescue Plan Update

Beartooth Humane Alliance (BHA) is in the process of updating its Emergency Animal Rescue Plan for Carbon County. While confirming current contacts, BHA is seeking new people, businesses and organizations willing to help out in the event of a disaster by temporarily lending horse panels and trailers for transportation, corals and pastures to temporarily board livestock, providing shelter for dogs and cats, and identifying pet-friendly lodging for displaced pet owners.
SUPPLIES: panels, tack, trailers and transportation
SPACE: corals and pastures to temporarily board livestock
SHELTER: for dogs and cats and pet-friendly lodging for displaced pet owners
FOOD, WATER and feeding supplies (bowls, tanks, etc.)
Emergencies and Disasters are easier to cope with if prior planning is complete and volunteers who are willing to help are identified in advance.
If you have space, supplies or a willingness to help, please contact Beartooth Humane Alliance at 406-446-3500 or info@beartoothhumane.org to be included in our plan update.
