Fire in Clark destroys structure

A fire destroyed a building and the camper in which the fire started in Clark.

On Thursday, April 3, Red Lodge Fire Rescue received a call at 10:56 a.m. that a structure fire that had broken out in Clark, Wyoming. It was a multi-unit response from Clark, Belfry Bridger and Red Lodge. Red Lodge responded with a command vehicle, fire truck, fire tender and ambulance. 

The fire began inside a camper that was parked inside a structure there, off of Robertson Drive. The fire was extinguished but the camper and structure were destroyed as a total loss. There were no injuries and no one was inside. All animals were safe. The Red Cross was contacted and assisted the family with lodging and other items. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
