Homeopathy. It works for me. Burned again!

It works for me.

Burned again!

I am not much of a baker. I try. I really do. The chemistry of baking ingredients just remains a mystery to me. An additional challenge seems to be getting the items that are baking in the oven, out of the oven, without “rack burns” on my wrist and arms. They hurt and itch and take a very long time to heal.

Sure enough, last week I ended up with a pesky, one inch sear burn on my wrist from the hot oven rack as I took the pecan pie out of the oven. I forgot about it until the next day when it turned pink, itchy, weepy and wouldn’t scab over.

The homeopathic medicine for burns is Cantharsis. I took one dose twice that day, and the next morning the redness was gone and the scab was set. Within 3 days, even though I forgot to take another dose, it was completely healed, and even difficult to find the scar!
