J-Hawks peck Lone Peak to bits

Lone Peak limped back to their lockers last Saturday having be royally picked apart by Joliet, 42-8.
Paxton McQuillan ran home two touchdowns, rushed 11 times for 85 yards and had one reception for 19 yards.
Team mate Hayden Ward passed for two and rushed for one touchdown (6 for 42 yards),  
Joliet was coasting at 35-0 at the half.
In offence Tucker Lind rushed 2 times for 49 yards and scored 1 touchdown while Hayden produced 5 passes for 10 for 69 yards and threw 2 touchdowns
In Receiving Seth Bailey had 1 reception for 22 yards and 1 touchdown; Lind had 2 receptions for 24 yards, and Brody Gebhardt had 1 reception for 4 yards and 1 touchdown.
Brendan Graeber had 4 solo tackles and assisted on 9, with Seth Bailey 3 solo tackles and assisted on 8, Ward had 3 solo tackles and assisted on 9, Lind 3 solo tackles and assisted 4 and 1 pass deflection and Towns Catron had 2 solo tackles and blocked 1 punt.
“We continue to get better on both sides of the ball and are able to involve many different players throughout the game,” said George Warburton, Joliet coach. “This is something we look to continue to work on this week against Ennis and every week after.”
