Rollover claims life of Nebraska man

On Saturday, Sept. 19, a vehicle rollover on Highway 212, east of Joliet claimed the life of a Nebraska man.
Carbon County Sheriff Josh McQuillan identified the man as Timothy Mullins, 49 years old, from Cairo, Nebraska. According to McQuillan Mulins was a passenger in the vehicle.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol (MHP) the driver of the truck failed to make a left curve in the southbound lane and overturned into a ditch.
The driver was taken to a Billings hospital with injuries.
McQuillan said that the Montana Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
Alcohol and speed are suspected to be factors in the crash according to MHP.
