Sandra K. Hull

Sandra Kay Brastrup Hull passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 at her home in Laurel, Montana.  She was 69 years old.  

Sandra was born during an April snowstorm in Cando, North Dakota. She was the third of eleven children born to Robert and Verna (Lannoye) Brastrup. The family moved to Joliet, Montana when she was 3 years old.  After graduating from Joliet High School, Sandra attended Montana State University. 

She married Charles (Chuck) Hull in 1967. Over the course of their marriage, Chuck and Sandra lived in Montana, New Mexico, Colorado, and South Dakota.  They have three daughters, four grandsons and one granddaughter.  

Sandra’s parents and both sets of grandparents preceded her in death.  She is survived by her husband of 50 years, daughters and sons-in-law, Melanie and Scot Cromer, Kerrie Hull, Leslie Hull and Evan Stehr, grandchildren, Tanner, Madison, Grayden, Evan and Easton.  All ten of her siblings also survive her.

Sandra battled ovarian cancer since 2014.  Thank you to her gynecological oncologist, Dr. Justin Bottsford-Miller and his staff.  Also thank you to the Billings Clinic Infusion Center nurses and staff for their kind and gentle care.

Sandra always loved horses and was fortunate over the years to own several.  She also loved the Denver Broncos!  Winning back-to-back Super Bowls brought her great happiness.

Cremation has taken place.  There will be a Celebration of Life at the Joliet Community Center, 209 E Front Ave, Joliet, Montana, on Saturday, March 17, 2018, at 11 a.m. A light lunch will be served. Casual attire please.
