The Lady Rams defeated arch rivals Columbus 55-26 last week in a tight encounter that exploded in the final quarter. Up to then the Cougars had kept a reasonably close eye on the Rams, narrowly losing the opening three 18-14, 13-6 and 9-6 but were unprepared for the 15-0 shutout in the 4th. Brayli Reimer hit Columbus for 17 points as Ellis Mastel collected 10; Shaylee Quenzer 9; Olivia Heimer 6; Maycee Garmann 6; Abigail DeRennaux 3; Sierra Boggio 2; and Alyssa Emineth 2.

The victory put the Lady Rams to 10-5 for the season.
